South Hagerstown HS Lady Rebels traveled to the Hornets Nest at Damascus HS, to face the Lady Hornets Saturday evening. They are playing for the MPSSAA 3A Regional final. South Hagerstown came in with a record of 22-0 and looking to advance into the semi finals.
The Lady Hornets, quickly get on the board and maintain the lead though-out the game, the Lady Rebels played extremely hard, but they could not keep up with the 6 ft 3 in Lady Hornets Senior Kelli Prange, who scored a total of 34 points, 21 rebounds.
With the win, Damascus HS Lady Hornets move on, and will play in the State Semi Finals against Poly at SECU arena on Thursday 3-13-2014 at 7 pm. This will mark the 1st time in the Damascus HS history, to take two regional crowns in a row.
