The Lady Coyotes of Clarksburg HS traveled to Gaithersburg Md. to play in the new spacious gym, of the Gaithersburg HS. Lady Trojans. One of the Lady Trojans starters, Janessa Fauntroy, is not suited up to play based on a injury during the week. The Lady Trojans start the game with what looks like a lack of communication and teamwork, the Lady Coyotes started slow on the offense and got into a grove near the end of the 1st. During the 2nd. the Lady Coyotes picked the press up on defense and giving the Lady Trojans a run for their money, both teams where shooting about twice as many as the 1st. but unable to complete with scoring. Going in to halftime, score Gaithersburg 33 Clarksburg 30
During the 3rd. the tempo of the Lady Coyotes game picked up, and they were holding the Lady Trojans to little scoring. Janessa Fauntroy goes to the locker room and returns to the court in uniform, looking like she might play. Clarksburg is looking like they have come together and are playing as a team. During the 4th, Gaithersburg extends the lead to around 10 and is pushing Clarksburg to keep up, before the end of the game during the 4th, the Lady Trojans loses 3 players to foul trouble, #33 Stephanie Pantos, #21 Danielle Rojas and #22 Dejanai Lowe-Hilliard.
