We got up early in the second quarter and like a good team they fought back and closed the gap, they really challenged us, we had to dig deep. The travel too added to it, we had a tough time finding our legs but we are very proud to win this very prestigious tournament.”

Georgetown Prep Head Coach Herb Krusen said “we played one of the top teams in the country, I was very proud of my guys, we battled, we never backed down, they are the best team that we have faced since the two years I’ve been a coach at Prep, they were number 12 nationally, and I was very impressed with their game, and proud of our guys.”
