In the second quarter Georgetown Prep begins to get their act together, before half time they still trails the Dons, with score 19-23 Loyola Dons. #12 Alex Fabean-Scotch hits two 3-Pointers to make the score 35-32 Georgetown Prep ending the third quarter. Georgetown Prep began dominating the Loyola Doons during the fourth quarter to increase their lead to 53-48 by the end of the game.

Georgetown Prep Coach Lou Priotti comments “we had a rough start and they keyed on Michael Boland. We have to work on our shot selection and defense.”

Loyola Dons Coach Pat Maggio stated “we played a good first three-quarters but we didn’t finish in the fourth quarter. We didn’t play good defense at the end where it was needed the most.”
