Quince Orchard wins againist Walt Whitman HS Boys Varsity Basketball

Monday night QO Cougars hosted Walt Whitman Vikings, both teams look to be evenly matched in height and size.

At the end of the 1st quarter the score is 17-16. The Cougars are playing good basketball. By the end of the 1st half the score is 34-23 Cougars. QO is capitalizing on Whitman’s mistakes. The Vikings looked frustrated and they can’t seem to get back on track. #1 seems to be the scorer with 10 points, 3 assists, 2 steals.

The start of the 3rd quarter QO came out explosive increasing the lead by 18 points. The Cougars are just running the Vikings up and down the court. Mostly everyone on QO is helping put points on the board. 53-35 is the score of the 3rd. QO continue what they been doing the whole game until the clock hit zero the end of the 4th the score was 65-49 QO.

Coach Foringer said he’s fine with the performance of the Cougars, but that his
team won’t be good until January due to extended football season.

Coach Lun, said his team was not good today “we didn’t make good decisions with the ball and got beat for 37 minutes”
